Jasmine Mathews is an American actress. She began acting in plays while studying theater at Spelman College in Atlanta. During her time at Spelman Mathews was awarded Miss Morehouse College and Miss Historically Black College and University.
After graduating from Spelman with a BFA in theater, Mathews decided to pursue her acting education by attending grad school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
